PHOTOGRAPHER & VISUAL STORYTELLER

Like the tightly gridded landscapes of New York City and the big skies of Texas where Sean was raised, his powerful images explore the beauty and tension between compact spaces and vast expanses.

He brings this vision and way of thinking to photography, design, and visual storytelling large and small — wide and narrow.

An industrial building with tall beige silos and a rectangular structure on top, situated against a cloudy sky. A horizontal pipe connects the silos, and there is a low building with a gray roof at the base.

This is the work of designer, photographer, and artist Sean Lopano.

This collection of images and photographs spans the American Southwest, American and European Cities, and many of the landscapes between. Collected over the course of the last decade, these images reflect the varying density and materiality of the natural and built environments we inhabit.
